Returns & Refunds

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise with your order, and to accommodate such situations, we have implemented a 30-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet one of the following criteria:

  • The package arrived damaged or contaminated.
  • The product is of poor quality or defective.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • You have changed your mind about the product.

Please be aware that our 30-day return policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from our website. If you obtained a HearingCore product from another seller, kindly refer to their respective return policy, as it may differ from ours. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the contact form on our website here at within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your full name, email address, order number, and briefly explain the reason for your return request.

Step 2: Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within three business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy and Terms of Service, we will provide you with a returns form, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the appropriate Returns address.

Step 3: Securely package the product, affix the provided RMA form visibly on the package, and ship it to the designated Returns address. Please note that we can only accept returned products with the attached RMA number, sent to the specified Returns address.

For non-defective items, return the product in its original, undamaged packaging and in the same condition as received from the manufacturer. For defective items, please contact our customer support prior to returning the product.

Step 4: Share the tracking number of the returning parcel and your unique return link with us. We will not refund or compensate for the return shipping fees. It is advisable to use a registered mail or another trackable shipment method and provide us with the tracking number to avoid any complications.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that we will not compensate for the return shipping fees.

If the product meets the requirements for a refund, it will be credited back to the original payment source used for the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statements.
